Casa Janna

This villa on a plot of 240m2, completely walled with a living area of 200 m2 has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is modernly furnished, both inside and out. The villa was completed in January 2022 and fully equipped.

Around the private swimming pool (6x3m) there is plenty of opportunity to find both the sun and the shade. There is a garden set, a dining table, a large parasol and 4 sunbeds. There is a small (coal) BBQ available. There is also a separate outdoor shower by the pool. During the summer months, the swimming pool is maintained/cleaned 2x a week.

The roof terrace of the villa (60 m2) has a fantastic view towards the sea and the surrounding area. The solarium is equipped with a pergola that provides the necessary shelter. A dining table, a lounge set, 2 sunbeds and an outdoor shower are available.

The villa is located in Cabo Roig. 1500 meters from the sea and within walking distance (300 meters) are several restaurants. La Zenia boulevard is about 2 km away. The large city of Torrevieja is about 11 km away and Alicante airport is a 50-minute drive away. Within a radius of 5 km there are several golf resorts. Cabo Roig has a wonderful and healthy Mediterranean microclimate. This means that there is relatively little precipitation every year, the sun shines on average about 325 days a year and there is an average annual daily temperature of no less than 19.3ºc

Furnishing the house
Ground floor: toilet, living room (70m2) with kitchen; oven, microwave, dishwasher, 3 burner induction hob, fridge, freezer and various kitchen appliances (coffee machine, kettle, toaster) available. In the living room there is a smart TV (suitable for Netflix). Furthermore, on the ground floor there is a spacious bedroom with a 2-person bed with its own bathroom, safe and toilet. There is plenty of closet space.
1st floor: a second spacious bedroom with a double bed. The third spacious bedroom has 2 single beds. There is a bathroom and toilet on this first floor. Each bedroom has spacious (built-in) wardrobes and has access to a balcony. There is a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities. Finally, the entire house  has a basement. In this space of no less than 85m2 is the 4th^{bedroom and} large bathroom with toilet. In addition, the 2nd^{living room} is located here, again with smart TV. The entire house is modernly furnished and has built-in air conditioning (hot/cold) and Wifi throughout the house. The entire house is equipped with electrically operated shutters.

For wintering we use a monthly price of 1500 euros including wifi. The deposit for wintering is 750 euros.

There is a camp bed available. We allow children up to 1 year old in our villa.

Our house is suitable for 6 people but there is sleeping space for 8 (4 bedrooms). If the request is for 7 or 8 people, this can be done in consultation and at an additional cost.

Due to the presence of 5 open stairs and a swimming pool, the house is not suitable for young children.
