Our beautiful villa is located in the quiet area of Fanadix-Benissa, just a 5-minute drive from the attractive town centre of Moraira and its idyllic beaches. From here you can effortlessly discover the most beautiful bays of both Moraira and Benissa. In the area you will find plenty of cozy restaurants with various cuisines, something for everyone!
With breathtaking views over the Moraira Valley, you can enjoy the sun all day long, even in winter. In the garden there are several sunny spots, including the swimming pool with panoramic views. For the real outdoor enthusiasts, there is a covered barbecue area with fridge, perfect for long evenings under the stars.
Inside, the villa offers ultimate comfort: a stylish living room with Smart TV (including Dutch channels) and a cozy sitting area to relax. The spacious open kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven and fridge-freezer.
Villa Lirosa features two comfortable bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. The beds are from the renowned brand Serta: a king-size bed and a twin bed. In addition, there is the possibility to rent an extra cot.
