Very fully equipped Ibiza style open kitchen with large fridge / freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, extractor hood, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen appliances, crockery, kitchen utensils, kitchen linen and then the spacious 8-pers. dining area.

3x spacious 2-pers. bedroom, all with closet, sliding doors, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, vanity unit, hair dryer.

-Villa Laurel is located near the Swiss hotel Moraira
-Quiet location, yet close to everything: restaurants, bars, shops, supermarket and beaches and bays
-Alicante and Valencia airports about 1 hour drive away
-Several golf courses in the area
-The area offers opportunities for active activities
-The location of our villa is an ideal base for the Costa Blanca north region
-The micro sea climate on this part of the Costa Blanca is known for its long summers, often with lovely breezes, mild and often sunny winters, declared by WHO as the healthiest climate in Europe-Central


Other
-The villa is on one level, but there are no facilities for disabled people with regard to stairs/steps to the entrance near the gate or by the pool
-Pets not allowed
-Non-smoking accommodation: smoking indoors and outdoors prohibited
-Nudism/nudity not allowed
-Parties/events not allowed
-The main booker must be present and must be min. 25 years old
-
-It is NOT allowed to let other people stay overnight or use the facilities than those who are the tenants
-The peace and privacy in the neighborhood must be respected
-The rental is excl. the cost of electricity (€ 0.35 kWh), which will be deducted from the deposit
-Rules and requirements must be carefully followed and complied with.
-We value our belongings and expect our guests to handle our belongings with care.
-The villa can be occupied on the day of arrival from 16:00 and must be available again on the day of departure at 10:00

**In high season (July/August): changeover days only on Saturdays**

Payment & Deposit
-The deposit upon reservation is 50% of the reservation sum + deposit + final cleaning
-The remainder must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of your stay
-For a booking less than 6 weeks before your stay, the total reservation sum must be paid immediately
-The deposit is € 1,000.00
-The tenant must leave the villa in a neat condition
-If no damages have been observed by the manager, the amount will be returned within 14 days of the check-out date, after settlement with the cost of electricity
