Entrance with nice living room with sofas and TV and glass sliding doors and doors, which provide direct access to the terrace and swimming pool and an unobstructed view of the surroundings. 
Very fully equipped Ibiza style open kitchen including a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, induction plate, extractor hood, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen appliances, crockery, kitchen utensils, kitchen linen and then the spacious 8-pers. Dining area. 

Through the living room, the corridor provides access to the
Bedrooms & bathrooms:
3x spacious 2-pers. bedroom, all with closet, sliding doors, bathroom en-suite with walk-in shower, toilet, vanity unit, hair dryer. 

Swimming pool and garden
-Large (sloping) freshwater (heatable) swimming pool with seating platform, lighting
-South facing terrace, outdoor shower, div. sunbeds & lounge set, parasols
-Fantastic pergola with outdoor kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, gas BBQ, beautiful spacious dining area, where you can enjoy (after) dining
-Beautiful garden, completely fenced for privacy and tranquility and equipped with electric gate, garden lighting

Guesthouse
The separate luxury 2-person guest house of Villa Laurel can also be booked extra, so that a total of 8 people can stay.
Also nice if, for example, a family is staying with grandparents, who have their own privacy in the guest house.
The guesthouse is high-quality and completely finished and equipped with bed, closet, TV, sofa, complete kitchen with fridge/freezer, hob, dishwasher, extractor hood and kitchen utensils, air conditioning hot/cold, sliding doors and window are equipped with shutters. The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and toilet furniture and electric heating.
The guesthouse is exclusively rented (for an additional fee) at the main residence of the villa, for the same period.

-The micro maritime climate on this part of the Costa Blanca is known for its long summers, often with nice breezes, mild and often sunny winters, declared by WHO as the healthiest climate in Europe-Central


Remainder
-The villa is on one level, but there are no facilities for disabled people with regard to stairs/steps to the entrance near the gate or at the swimming pool
-Pets not allowed
-Non-smoking accommodation: smoking prohibited inside and outside
-Nudism/nudity not allowed
-Parties/events not allowed
-The main booker must be present and must be at least . To be 25 years old
-Young children only welcome after consultation with the landlord
-It is NOT allowed to allow people to stay overnight or use the facilities other than those who are the tenants
-The peace and privacy in the neighborhood must be respected
-The rental is excl. the cost of electricity (€ 0.35 kWh), which will be deducted from the deposit
-Rules and requirements must be carefully followed and adhered to.
-We value our belongings and expect our guests to handle our belongings with care.
-The villa can be occupied on the day of arrival from 16:00 and must be available again on the day of departure at 10:00

**In high season (July/August): changeover days only on Saturdays**

Payment & Deposit
-The deposit at reservation is 50% of the reservation sum + deposit + final cleaning
-The remainder must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of your stay
-For a booking less than 6 weeks before your stay, the total reservation sum must be paid immediately
-The deposit is € 1,000.00
-The tenant must leave the villa in neat condition
-If no damage has been observed by the manager, the amount will be returned within 14 days of the check-out date, after settlement with the cost of electricity

Low-rise buildings, lovely beaches and bays, lots of greenery and more importantly: the wonderful climate almost all year round.
After a thorough renovation, it is now ready to be enjoyed and we are happy to share this with our guests.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Explanation of the prices

-The deposit must be received by the landlord within 7 days after signing the rental contract. After payment, the booking request is binding.

Cancellation:
If, for whatever reason, the tenant is unable or unwilling to accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must inform the landlord immediately. Notification of this by telephone must be confirmed in writing or by e-mail.

Costs if the tenant cancels the agreement:
*30% of the rental in case of cancellation up to the 90th day before the start of the rental period
*50% of the rent in case of cancellation between the 89th to 30th day before the start of the rental period
*100% of the rental in case of cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period
*If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rent and a refund will not apply.

We strongly advise you to take out an appropriate travel and cancellation insurance for cancellation, interruption or interruption of the trip and to cover damage and/or calamities.
