Villa Faisán is a beautiful 8-person villa located in Moraira on the Costa Blanca. Due to the 2 floors, this house is ideal for spending a wonderful holiday with family or friends. In the large garden there is a beautiful swimming pool. The villa is fully equipped and has a table tennis table, a basketball pole and some fitness equipment so that a stay is also attractive for families with teenagers. In the evening it is delicious to eat and sit by the newly built outdoor kitchen.
Upper floor
The entrance is on the upper floor. There is a separate toilet here. You will also find the dining/sitting room and an open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, microwave and oven. In the sitting room is a cozy electric fireplace. Adjacent there is a spacious conservatory that can be completely closed off by means of glass. From the conservatory there is a sea view. From the conservatory there is a staircase to the garden. An internal staircase from the hallway also leads to the ground floor. Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds and a very spacious bathroom (sink, bath, shower and toilet) en suite. The room is air-conditioned. This room also has direct access to the adjoining balcony. Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed. All beds are of the size 90x200cm.
Ground floor
On the ground floor there is a smaller sitting room with a kitchenette with a large fridge and a microwave. The bathroom is spacious and has a sink, shower and toilet. Bedroom 3 and 4 both have 2 single beds and are equipped with air conditioning. All beds are of the size 90x200cm. From the living room you reach the garden through French doors.
The Garden
From the ground floor you first enter a covered sitting area with relax chairs. In the garden is a spacious kidney-shaped swimming pool with a staircase in the water. The deepest part is more than 2 meters deep. There is a very recently built outdoor kitchen with lounge area where you can cook and sit comfortably. The garden is equipped with many sunbeds, chairs and umbrellas. There is also a table tennis table and a basketball hoop. In the rest of the garden you will find many fruit trees and beautiful Mediterranean plants.
Remaining
The house has its own covered carport with space for 1 car. You can reach this via an electrically operated gate. Any other cars can be parked on the road. You have further access via a pedestrian gate. In a separate room you have access to a washing machine. There is a rotary dryer in the garden. The whole house is equipped with heating so that a pleasant stay can be guaranteed even in winter. The garden is maintained by a gardener. The pool is cleaned 2x a week in summer and 1x a week out of season.
The location
Villa Faisán is located in Moraira in the Moravit district on a quiet street. The house is built against a mountain so a car is recommended. However, it is possible to walk in fifteen minutes to the nearest place where there are several restaurants, bars, shops and a supermarket. You can walk to the L'Andrago beach in 20 minutes. You can drive to the central sandy beach Les Platgetes or the village within 5 minutes.
Additional information
The Spanish government has determined that a holiday home can be rented for a maximum of 10 days for tourist rental. For a longer period of time, the rent falls under long-term rental and different rules apply.

The government also no longer allows you to check in using a key box. So when you arrive, someone will be there to welcome you and hand over the keys.
We also have to share your data with the government. This includes the following data: payment method, contract details, home address, mobile phone number and your email address. A copy of your proof of identity such as your passport or ID card will also be mandatory.
We do not rent to (a group of) young people.
