Bergen is a touristic village, close to the coast. It is an artists' village with many good restaurants and nice little shops. You can reach the beach in no time by bike. Nice places such as Alkmaar, Schoorl, Egmond are all within cycling distance.
About 40 km from here is Amsterdam. Bergen is also known for the many beautiful avenues with gigantic houses. There are plenty of options for walking and cycling here.

We are Frank and Minja. We live in Bergen (North Holland). At our house we have 2 apartments for rent. Our house is located in the middle of Bergen village. It's wonderful living here. We walk into the village and have everything we want here. Nature, forest, dunes and the sea. Beautiful boutiques and very good restaurants. Our house is located right in the center and because it is not directly on the road, it is wonderfully quiet here. We like to let our guests enjoy this wonderful place.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
