The beautiful house with sea view has a nice location on the sun, in a quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac. The villa is fully fenced and can only be entered through an entrance gate. Behind the lush plants and walls you will find an oasis of peace. You can enjoy the sun all day or relax in one of the shady spots that can be found in and around the house.

The villa has recently been completely renovated while retaining authentic elements and is attractively decorated. The villa has 4 bedrooms with air conditioning, a spacious living room on the first floor with sea views, 2 kitchens, a covered roof terrace, 3 bathrooms, 1 with bath, a spacious bbq area with covered outdoor terrace, a heated swimming pool, a boules court and private parking for 2-3 cars. Even with full occupancy with 8 people, it is easy to find a quiet spot in and around the house. The house is also very suitable to rent for a longer period of time.

We enjoy living and working in the Netherlands, but it rains here quite often. That's why we like to go to our family home in Spain regularly to enjoy the outdoors in the sun. That is only a few weeks a year, which is why we make the house available for rent. With this beautiful authentic house we have a place in warm Spain where it really feels at home. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

General
These Terms and Conditions describe the rules and regulations for renting Villa Cela in Moraira, Costa Blanca in Spain. This is not complete, but the main points are shown below. When you make your reservation, you will receive the full Terms and Conditions for inspection and signature.

Reservation and payment
Confirmation of the reservation: Your booking will only be confirmed after receipt of the deposit and signed agreement.
Deposit: A 30% deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining amount must be paid 8 weeks before the day of arrival.
If you book within 8 weeks of arrival, you must pay the full amount immediately.

Cancellation Policy:
You are expected to have taken out cancellation/travel insurance. If this has not been done, it is the responsibility of the customer.
* in case of cancellation up to 12 weeks before the day of arrival: 0% of the rent.
The payment will be refunded, only EUR 250 administration costs will be charged.
* in case of cancellation 6 weeks before arrival until the day of arrival: 50% of the rent will be charged.
An additional 10% will be charged per week.
* in case of cancellation 2 weeks before arrival until the day of arrival: 90% of the rent.
After that, 100% of the rent will be charged.

Security deposit: A security deposit of EUR 1,000 is required to cover any damages.
This amount will be refunded within 7 days of departure if no damage is found.
