The privately located villa is equipped with every luxury after an extensive renovation with 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. There are several terraces with both shade and sun. The location of the property makes it possible to walk to El Portet beach as well as to the beach of Moraira village, both a few minutes walk.

The villa is furnished according to the latest trends and very luxurious with a modern open kitchen, super fast internet (WiFi), HD NL TV, underfloor heating, double glazing, air conditioning throughout, washing machine, dryer, kitchenette on the roof terrace, extra large swimming pool with lounge area.

All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning.

The property has several outdoor terraces, in total more than 150m2. Part of the pool and part of the roof terrace are covered to provide the necessary shade in the hot summer months.

Outside by the pool there are 6 sunbeds available and several chairs / lounge sets.

The house is not rented to (groups of) young people.

We are a family of 4 from the Netherlands and have a villa in Spain in 2013 bought to live there himself later and already enjoy with friends and family. We have let our eyes on Moraira for its beautiful nature, crystal clear and clean sea, beautiful houses, nice people and the peaceful village. We have long sought a wonderful location within walking distance of the sea and village that after a long search was successful.
