This is ensuite to one of the other bedrooms. Perfectly suitable for parents and young children. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
The apartment was added in April 2024. The apartment is located under the house and has its own entrance and is located directly by the pool. This consists of a spacious living and dining room, 2 bedrooms with box-spring beds, 2 bathrooms, a dining area and kitchenette. The bedrooms both overlook the pool.
The house + apartment is suitable for up to 14 people and 2 babies aged 0-2 years. Perfect for multiple families, families with grandparents, but also for yoga groups, for example. But we also regularly have guests who enjoy staying here as a couple or alone with the family. Guests have the entire villa, garden and pool to themselves. The house was renovated in July 22 and stylish new furniture was added, such as a lounge area, luxurious beds and sun loungers, outdoor dining table and much more.
The house is located in a quiet area "la fustera". There are no high-rise buildings in Benissa, which makes the view so beautiful. The house is located near the beautiful sandy beach with clear water La Fustera, there is a supermarket and a gas station nearby and good restaurants. Moraira is on one side, but Calpe is also nearby. There is a great harbor nearby with all kinds of water sports options.
