There are 2 spacious bedrooms, both with an ensuite bathroom and a third bedroom/lounge room. From the villa and from the very spacious roof terrace of 150 m2 you have a great open view and 270° view of the sea, the green of the trees and the surrounding mountains. Thanks to its location not far from the sea, you can enjoy a wonderful cooling sea breeze in summer.

Moraira

Moraira, a village located in the province of Alicante, 110 km from Valencia and 80 km from Alicante, both cities with an international airport.

8 km of coastline and spread on 32 square kilometers of land give Moraira, a geographically lush and unique environment. The "Cap d'Or" peninsula frames a hilly coast with numerous cliffs, golden beaches and coves with crystal clear waters.

There is a Mediterranean climate and the average annual temperature is 18 degrees. Approximately 14,000 inhabitants live between Moraira and the neighboring village of Teulada, a fairly large part of whom are European foreigners.

At the foot of the castle, in the center of the town, you will find the sandy beach: "L'Ampolla", the most visited and wide beach in this municipality. To the north you will find the "Playa del Portet", a fine sandy beach with calm and crystal clear waters, small-scale and in the shape of a shell. This is truly the ideal setting for a relaxing sunbath.

In the centre of the village is the fishing port, neighbour of the marina of Moraira, considered one of the best marinas in the Valencian Community, with 620 mooring points and the main axis of a region full of entertainment. Its cosy historic town is inviting. You can watch the world go by from one of the many bars or cafes and get lost in the typical narrow streets that lead to the castle.
