Casa Perla

Casa Perla is an authentic Spanish villa on the Costa Blanca that combines all the charms of living under the Spanish sun. Located between Valencia and Alicante, you can enjoy a beautiful view over the mountains, a private swimming pool (10m x 4.5m) outdoor kitchen, spacious sun terrace and a covered patio.

Interior space
Spacious villa of 118m², living room with TV with Chromecast, separate and fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house is equipped with brand new air conditioning (A+++) that provides the necessary cooling and heating both in the spacious living room and in the three bedrooms if desired. Furthermore, the house is equipped with central heating. 

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, juicer and blender.

A high chair and cot are available on request.

A washing machine is also available on request, at an additional cost of 10 euros per stay (from a maximum of 14 days).

Region
Just a 1 km walk away is the idyllic village centre of L'Atzubia with three restaurants, a bakery, a pharmacy and a grocery store. Around the village there are very nice walks and bike rides possible in the valleys or mountains, between the rice fields or by the sea. The area is very green, with numerous valleys full of orange trees, olive trees, cherry trees, fig trees,...  

By car you are 5 minutes in Pego where you will find all the necessary facilities (supermarkets, restaurants, bars, ...).

Beautiful stretches of sandy beaches are a 15-minute drive away, with beach bars and plenty of other activities in summer.

Dénia, a lovely historic seaside town, is just a 20-minute drive away. From the harbour you can take a boat along the coast or a ferry to the Balearic Islands. Other beautiful towns and charming villages such as Javea, Altea, Moraira or Calpe can be found within a 20-45 minute drive.

Valencia and Alicante are a 1-hour drive away. They are both beautiful and large cities that combine art, culture, gastronomy, architecture and, not unimportantly, both have an airport.

For golf enthusiasts, the Oliva Nova Golf Resort is a 20-minute drive away. Club de Golf Javea is only a 40 minute drive away.

- The villa has a private driveway with space for at least three cars.
- Reception is done via a welcome video from the owners and a welcome guide.
- Linen (bed linen, towels and kitchen towels) and toiletries are included in the price.
