Our beautiful villa is located on the flank of the Montgo mountain on the border of the village of JAVEA (XABIA). JAVEA is located on the Costa Blanca, 100 km from Alicante and 105 km from Valencia.
From the terrace of the villa you have a beautiful view over the valley. The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a modern kitchen that is fully equipped and a large heated private swimming pool + outdoor shower. The villa is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and next to a nature reserve. So much privacy! The beach and promenade of Javea is an 8 minute drive away and the old village is even closer. In addition to a beautiful but cozy boulevard with a sandy beach, you have several beautiful small bays and beaches in the region where you can swim and snorkel. It is also a beautiful area for hiking and cycling enthusiasts! Although it must be said that the Montgo is quite a tough climb on the bike. You can rent bicycles in Javea itself. The nice town of Denia with its cozy harbor is located on the other side of the mountain, about a 15-minute drive away.
