The fishing village of Moraira is located between Valencia and Alicante, surrounded by green pine trees and directly on the clear blue sea. Thanks to its protected southeastern location, this area has one of the mildest climates on the Mediterranean, with sunny mild winters and always warm, pleasant summers thanks to a cooling breeze.
Our villa, with its own well-maintained garden with beautiful large palm trees, is located in a quiet residential area, with lots of privacy, in beautiful surroundings. 1.5 km from the beach and the old coastal town of Moraira. Within walking distance are nice terraces, tennis courts with lighting, miniature golf, restaurants, bars, supermarket, bakery and other shops.
Moraira is certainly one of the most beautiful places on the Costa Blanca. Moraira offers a picturesque sight where you can fully enjoy the sun, sea and beach. During the trips in the green hills that surround Moraira, you can enjoy the many natural beauties that this coast has to offer.
Interior: Our villa has a spacious and cozy living room with two relaxing sofas and a spacious dining table providing good comfort. Wifi, satellite TV, air conditioning and central heating so that you can stay comfortable in our villa even during the winter months.
From the living room you enter the large covered front terrace (29 m2) through the French doors. Which is equipped with a large outdoor table and lovely chairs. From where you have a beautiful panoramic view over the valley and the hills of Moraira. From here you can enjoy life on the sun terrace with loungers. Right next to the swimming pool there is also a covered terrace (20 m2) with a cozy lounge set. So if you wish, you can sit out of the sun and still enjoy life in and around the pool, but also on the sun terrace with the sun beds.
Bedrooms: Our villa has a "master" bedroom with air conditioning, ceiling fan, mosquito nets, two single beds, spacious closets and adjacent to the bedroom is the spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, hairdryer and vanity unit.
Bedroom 2 and 3 are also equipped with air conditioning, 2 single beds and spacious wardrobes. The second bathroom has a shower cabin, toilet, hairdryer and vanity unit. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets.
Kitchen : The well-equipped kitchen is also equipped with a hob, oven, coffee and Nespresso machine, refrigerator with freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The BBQ is also available.
The swimming pool (8x4) has a wide internal staircase with a chrome curved tube for easy access to the pool for both young and old. You won't miss the outdoor shower either. The pool man comes once or twice a week to clean and check the pool. The swimming pool is equipped with lighting, together with the lighting of the terraces, the lighting of the valley and the lights on the mountains, which gives a cozy and romantic atmosphere in the evening.
Downstairs is a large garage with a washing machine and a safe. Outside the garage there is ample parking on the closed grounds.
Our Dutch manager (multilingual) will receive you and explain how the devices work and the points of interest in the house. The manager ensures that the house looks tip-top upon your arrival. He also takes care of the final cleaning of the house.
