The villa has been completely renovated and completed in 2023. Almost everything is new, or renewed and present for a relaxing stay in picturesque, yet very complete Moraira.
The villa is located on a spacious plot with lots of privacy. It has 4 approximately the same bedrooms with luxury box spring beds from Norma. In several places you can lounge around a beautiful and spacious private swimming pool (8x4). An open naja adjacent to the living room offers a truly fantastic view. You have WIFI and SAT TV.
A ping-pong table, new kitchen, 2 new bathrooms and all other amenities are available to a very good standard. That's what you can expect when you stay in this dream place.
Our house is located on a cul-de-sac and has no buildings directly in front of it. This makes you feel like you're alone in the world, but in the meantime you have everything close at hand. A few pubs and a cocktail bar are just 200 metres away. By car you can be in the center of Moraira or on the beach of El Portet in 4 minutes. The supermarkets can be reached within 1-4 minutes by car. This applies to Lidl, Aldi, Masymas or Pepe la Sal.
And if you like walking, it's a 20-minute walk to the centre or beach of Moraira on a safe, purpose-built pavement. If you would like to use a taxi, these are readily available. Take into account a price of approx. 8-10 euros from the center of Moraira to Casa La Vista.
TOP FLOOR
The living room is furnished with attractive, comfortable seats. This space is, as it were, extended by the balcony terrace at the front. From here you have a breathtaking view over the valley and the Bernia Mountains.
In the TV corner you can also enjoy comfortable furniture. Here you can enjoy a large widescreen television and you have all Dutch channels at your disposal. The living room has air conditioning.
The fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the living room and dining area. Serving drinks and dishes from the kitchen is done in one movement, as is clearing and loading the dishwasher.
Bedrooms
You will find 2 double bedrooms on this floor. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and you sleep on a comfortable King box spring from the Dutch top brand Norma (160x200). The beds are also made with bedding and accessories of the highest quality. A good night's sleep is of course paramount. In every room you will find built-in wardrobes. Plenty of space to hang or lay your clothes.
Bathroom A bathroom completely renovated in 2020 provides a lot of convenience and relaxation. A spacious walk-in shower, sink, and toilet complete the bathroom. The beach towels and linen that we provide are also of hotel quality. Our guests should want for nothing.
DOWN FLOOR
You will also find 2 double bedrooms on this floor. Both are equipped with air conditioning and you sleep on a comfortable King box spring from the Dutch top brand Norma (160x200). The beds and room furnishings are the same as those of the top-floor.
Bathroom
A newly renovated bathroom provides a lot of convenience and relaxation. With a shower, washbasin and toilet, everything you can think of is there. The beach towels and linen that we provide are also of hotel quality.
Outside
You have sun all day around the pool and shade if you want. Either way, you can enjoy the spacious swimming pool (8x4) and views in complete privacy. You walk into the water via Roman steps and then you can enjoy the cooling water. Comfortable sunbeds complete the relaxation. But you can also sit down at the large attractive monastery table under the veranda.
Outdoor kitchen
Right by the pool you have access to a complete outdoor/indoor kitchen. No need to climb stairs to serve a cool drink. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, induction hobs, a spacious worktop and sink. And of course, the large fridge freezer combination is not missing either. It doesn't matter what you're preparing or serving. From small bites to an extensive barbecue. You have a great place here with all the facilities.
Accessibility
In just 55 minutes you can drive from Alicante airport to our villa in Moraira. But also from Valencia airport you are only 75 minutes away from this great place on the Costa Blanca.
