From the south-facing sun terrace (2.5 x 6 m) you look out over the harbour and the sea, the famous Ifach rock and the castillo of Moraira.
Smoking is only allowed on the terrace.

The apartment has a lounge/dining room, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a guest toilet. The comfortable luxury kitchen with marble worktop is fully equipped with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave with grill, coffee maker, large fridge/freezer, toaster, espresso machine, electric juicer.

Beach 2 minutes walk away

A 2-minute walk from your holiday home is the sandy beach, boulevard, shops, nice streets with restaurants and bars. You are in the centre of Moraira with all amenities at hand. And parking is no problem for you.
You have a private parking space underneath the
apartment building. There is even an elevator!
In short, the ideal place for your holiday on the Costa Blanca.

Moraira and surroundings

In Moraira you will find various boulevards, numerous shops, nice streets with restaurants and bars where you can eat and/or have a drink.

The beaches of Moraira have been awarded the 'Blue Flag Award' issued by the European Union. In addition, they are ISO 9001 certified and also with the Environmental Management ISO 14001 certificate, due to excellent water clarity and truly unparalleled water quality.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), but also according to the many doctors and specialists practicing there, the area around Moraira is one of the healthiest places to stay on earth.

Moraira is easily accessible from both Alicante airport (85 km) and Valencia airport (105 km).

In the immediate vicinity, a 30-minute drive away, you will find, among other things: Benidorm where there are several beautiful amusement parks such as Terra Natura, Terra Mitica and Aqualandia.

A visit to the interior is also very worthwhile to see the beautiful nature.

Various information about fun trips and walking tours is available in the apartment.

We are Cynthia and Joost. Since 2005 we regularly come to Spain on the Costa Blanca because we both have family living there.

Since mid-2008 we have been in the happy possession of the apartment that we later called 'Naranja', because the cheerful orange color tones are reflected in the interior.

We go there regularly ourselves; It is cozy and fully furnished. We started renting it out to give other people the opportunity to enjoy this ideal place.
