From the private entrance gate, a path with a few steps under a glass canopy leads to the main entrance. You come into the spectacular entrance hall. The breathtaking gallery staircase to the top immediately catches your eye. The ground floor consists of a modern kitchen with cooking island and an adjoining separate utility room. Sliding glass doors from the entrance hall lead to the living and dining room and the spacious glass-enclosed porch. From there you have direct access to the terrace with pool. Also on this level are two double bedrooms, both complete with en-suite shower rooms and a separate guest toilet. The gallery staircase leads to the master bedroom with separate dressing area and ensuite shower room. From there you have direct access to a large roof terrace. Here you can enjoy the breathtaking sea view and on the other side a fabulous view of the local mountain Montgo with its surrounding villages and valleys. With all the fine and individually described treasures of the house, the outdoor area should not be missing. The pool stands out with a very generous Roman staircase. Of course you will also find a high-quality parasol and sun loungers on the terrace. However, this sun protection is not the only thing that provides you with the necessary shade in summer. The spacious glazed and tinted veranda with individual sliding windows gives you the opportunity to soak up as much sun as you want. And in the transitional period, these windows offer the necessary protection against wind and weather. We like to refer to this veranda as the "outdoor living room". The extremely well-kept garden with palm and olive trees offers you a beautiful Mediterranean ambience. The villa can also be accessed via an electric gate behind which there is parking for several cars.
