About Karin & Jan
We, Karin and Jan, are a Dutch couple and have been living in Chinchón since the end of 2016, where we run "Los Mofletes" from May 2019 with 3 luxurious, rural studios. We do this with great passion and dedication. We have therefore been rewarded with the Best Guest Service Award, of which we are naturally proud. Chinchón is located about 45 km south of Madrid, and is ideally located for day trips to UNESCO World Heritage cities and to get a taste of the real Spain. If you like peace and culture, then Los Mofletes is the perfect home base for your carefree holiday.
Are you more of a beach lover, no problem. Because in addition to the studios, we rent out our holiday homes in Moraira on the Costa Blanca. At about 5 minutes drive you are in this fashionable village, untouched by mass tourism and high-rise buildings, with its restaurants and beaches. The houses with communal swimming pool are tastefully decorated and fully equipped. The terraces, with beautiful sea views, have sun all day.
