Villa Assura is a luxurious and modern villa for 6 people with a private heated pool, located in Benissa Costa/Moraira, at 1,000 meters from the sea. Both Moraira and Calpe are a few minutes away by car.

On the ground floor are two spacious bedrooms, a luxurious bathroom with walk-in shower and a guest toilet/washing facility. The spacious living room has a fireplace, covered veranda and the luxurious modern kitchen is equipped with all built-in appliances. The master bedroom on the first floor, including a luxurious bathroom with walk-in shower, provides access to the large roof terrace with some sea view.

The private saltwater swimming pool, measuring 8 mx 4 m, can be heated in the winter months. Entire house is equipped with LED lighting. Finally, the villa has a garage, air conditioning, alarm system, the landscaped garden is walled and equipped with an electric gate. Parking is possible on site.

Villa Assura is very luxuriously furnished both internally and externally and fully equipped. This includes sunbeds, lounge sofa, outdoor shower and a Broil King outdoor kitchen. All the ingredients are there to enjoy an unforgettable stay!

Years ago we were looking for a dream house to escape our intensive business/social life in the Netherlands. After a long search, we found a great place on the Costa Blanca North in 2015, named by the World Health Organization (WHO) as one of the healthiest regions in Europe. After having enjoyed our beautiful villa for a few years, it will be available for rent from October 2018. We hope that our guests will enjoy this wonderful place just as much!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Electricity up to 140 kWh per week, average consumption, is included as of 01.09.2024. For a consumption > 140 kWh per week, a surcharge of EUR 0.42 per additional kWh applies. This additional consumption will be deducted from the deposit.

At the request of the tenant, the saltwater private pool can be heated. The costs of this are a one-off EURO 100,-- and the additional consumption of electricity (see above).
