The House

When you enter Casa Monica, you immediately notice the homely atmosphere. The cozy living room adjoins a spacious terrace where you can relax with a view of the garden. Relaxing on the terrace in the evening with the beautifully lit swimming pool in the background, now that's enjoyment! Adjacent to the bedrooms is another spacious terrace, with direct access to the garden with swimming pool. The private courtyard garden is ideal if you are on holiday with children. From the terrace you have a good overview and you can keep an eye on them. The house is luxurious, comfortable and fully equipped. There is Dutch television and with the ( free ) WIFI you can stream your favorite movies and rest from a nice holiday.

The kitchen has a luxurious look and is fully equipped: electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, Senseo, hand blender, etc.

Bedrooms

There are 3 bedrooms, each with a spacious built-in wardrobe. 1 bedroom has a comfortable double bed (180 cm) and the other 2 bedrooms each have 2 comfortable single box-spring beds.

Bathrooms

There are 2 bathrooms. One bathroom with shower and toilet, the other bathroom with bath and toilet.

Washing machine

There is a separate room for the washing machine.

Location and surroundings

Casa Monica is easy to reach from Alicante Airport, a 50-minute drive away. The house is located in Orihuela Costa in a quiet street with free parking in front!
Partly due to the micro climate, Orihuela Costa is an ideal holiday destination all year round.
Casa Monica is wonderfully quiet and you can look up the hustle and bustle whenever you want. In the vicinity is a wide range of restaurants, bars, etc. Not to mention the numerous beaches and bays where you can practice water sports or just relax and enjoy the sun. 4 km away is the popular, open-air, shopping center 'La Zenia Boulevard' with many shops and boutiques, but also restaurants, a game hall, cinema, bowling alley, casino, gym, entertainment for the children, etc.
In the evening stroll on the Cabo Roig Strip with its many restaurants, cocktail bars and clubs and live music on the beach at weekends.
