The closed entrance provides access to your holiday home, where we can guarantee privacy, peace and space.

During the day you can enjoy the beautiful view over Moraira, in the evening you swoon at the setting sun and later that evening you can marvel at the shooting stars in the inky sky from your lounger.

Adjacent to the villa is the spacious terrace, divided with various intimate seating areas, lounge areas with lovely cushions, the 2 swimming pools and jacuzzi. There are several places to be found in both the sun and shade.

You are sure to spend many evenings in the sheltered outdoor kitchen. Equipped with every comfort and green eg barbeque! The sturdy, large wooden table with benches offers enough space.

The house was completely renovated in 2020 and then styled with an eye for detail. All rooms have air conditioning (both hot and cold)

No expense has been spared on the construction of the garden with tropical plants such as old olive and fruit trees. During all seasons you will find flowering plants and shrubs. A lust for the eye.

If you are not yet familiar with it; Moraira itself is a small, charming Spanish fishing village on the Mediterranean. The micro-climate in this part of Spain is even considered by the World Health Organization to be one of the healthiest in the world.

The villa itself is located just outside Moraira/El Portet.

With no less than 325 sunny days, this is a sunny destination for the whole year.
