Cabo Negro is located in the luxurious and quiet residential area of Balcon al Mar, 200 meters from the spectacular viewpoint of Cabo Negre. From the house you have a wide view of the sea and the rocky mountains of San Antonio. It is a real family home, suitable for up to eight people with a lovely, sunny terrace and swimming pool with comfortable sun loungers. The Ibiza style lounge area with built-in outdoor kitchen and mobile BBQ is wonderful to relax all day long and offers a nice spot in the shade in the summer. The bright house with large windows and adjoining covered terrace with large dining table is tastefully decorated in a contemporary style with many personal details. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. The house has air conditioning in all 4 bedrooms and there is of course WiFi available. There is a smart TV on which all Dutch channels and Netflix are available and a Sonos speaker for listening to your favorite music. The site is approximately 800 m2, has a private swimming pool (4 mx 8 m) with a spacious terrace, a lounge area with two luxurious lounge sofas and two chairs, eight sunbeds and an outdoor shower. There is room for two cars on the property. The master bedroom has a double bed of 160-200 cm, the second bedroom has the same bed, the third bedroom has two separate beds of 90 cm wide, which can also be used as a large double bed. Then there is the fourth bedroom which has a bed of 160-200m. There are two recently renovated bathrooms, both with a rain shower and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is also a washing machine in a separate room.
The versatility of Javea makes this a dream spot like no other; Old Javea with its typical Spanish character with narrow streets with beautiful shops and delicious restaurants. The marina of Javea with attractive terraces and of course the El Arenal beach with its lovely boulevard with trendy Ibiza-like restaurants, bars, shops and lounge clubs. By car you can easily reach the versatile Denia, Moraira, Altea, Calpe and Albir, which are also definitely worth a visit! And a day in Valencia with its modern architecture, historic buildings and miles of sandy beach is also highly recommended.
Villa Cabo Negro is located on one of the hills of Javea. You can fly to Valencia or Alicante; Javea is located exactly between these two airports (about 100 km drive).
A rental car is definitely recommended. If you prefer to be active: there are several beautiful cycling and walking routes that take you past the most beautiful places in Javea. In addition, Jávea is rich in gravel and rocky beaches, which are ideal for practicing water sports.
There are many options for golfers. In the area you can play golf at Javea Golf Club (9 holes) or at the La Sella golf course (18 holes), but there are also nice golf courses in Benidorm or Olivia (45 minutes drive).
