Casa ZenZeZ (1 to 2 persons)

This Casa was completely renovated/converted into a perfect holiday home in 2021. As a Dutch owner, I opted for a mix of traditional Spanish and Ibiza style with a nice sleek finish during the renovation. Casa ZenZeZ is a picture of a "small" Finca. Everything is correct and it is very attractively decorated. From the terrace with fantastic conservatory (5x4 meters) at the front/side of the casa you have a breathtaking panoramic view. This is one of the most popular places to read a book or drink a glass of wine.

Relax by the lovely swimming pool (8x4 meters) surrounded by a beautifully landscaped tropical garden, relaxing four-poster bed (2x2 meters) and a partly covered lounge area with 2 lounge chairs and lovely cushions. There is also a gas BBQ, wooden dining table with 4 chairs and parasol, so you can enjoy cooking outside until the late hours. In the evening with candlelight, enjoy all the lights and the beautiful view from the conservatory and/or the partly covered lounge area.

Layout
Through the over a hundred year old wooden door (an amazing eye-catcher) you enter the attractive living room with partially open kitchen from the conservatory. You can completely relax here around the TV, surrounded by 2 nice designer chairs, a lounge sofa with various designer tables. There is a television in the conservatory as well as in the living room and bedroom with almost all international channels. The open kitchen is attractive and modern, including a combination microwave, oven, blender, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, Nespresso milk frother, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, ceramic hob, kettle, citrus juicer and sufficient kitchen utensils. The dining area is located in the conservatory where you have a view towards the mountains of el Portet. There is also a utility room with guest toilet, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

The great thing about this casa is that it is entirely on the ground floor. Through a hall you reach the bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The bedroom is located at the front of the casa with sufficient cupboard space, air conditioning and a silent ceiling fan. The modern en-suite bathroom has a rain shower, toilet and spacious washbasin. There is air conditioning in the living room and bedroom with silent ceiling fans, as well as in the conservatory. Mosquito screens are fitted to all windows. The entire casa has central heating and the casa has WiFi (internet via fiber optic) both inside and outside. There are parking options in front of the casa. In addition, the fully fenced casa also has an entrance gate that can be closed, so it is your own private paradise. Your holiday can begin!

Location
From your casa you can walk to a (neighborhood) supermarket in a few minutes (they have delicious croissants for breakfast ;-). You can reach the center of Moraira in 3 minutes by car. The village has a beautiful marina, a nice beach (slowly sloping), no fewer than 3 beaches in Moraira alone, several nice top restaurants, plenty of terraces and pleasant shopping streets. In the immediate vicinity of Moraira you will find three beautiful golf courses where you can play golf all year round. 2 golf courses are within a 5-minute drive of Casa ZenZeZ.
