Romantic Villa with Private Pool!

With botanical garden, at the foot of the Montgo nature reserve. In the garden is a large private swimming pool in the sun all day long. The house is only 2 km from the sea and 2 km from the old town of Denia with cozy restaurants and shops. There are several shady spots around the house and seating areas. The villa has a perfect location for many types of activities. For example, there are
-3 golf resorts in the area.
-A nature reserve within walking distance
-Denia has a rich culture
-Div cozy places to move to such as; Xabia/javea, Moraira, Calpe, Altea, Benidorm, Alicante or Valencia.
-Located close to the port of Denia with its own fish exit.
-Various markets.
-In the summer there are various activities for children.
-Shopping and going out

The house is very suitable for the disabled. There are only a few steps around the house. only at the garage and a step down at the terrace. The house is on one floor in its entirety. In the summer season the villa is only rented out from Saturday to Saturday.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Additional costs: deposit of €200 (will be refunded to your account after your stay if no damage is made) and cleaning costs of €150,-. Cleaning fee, to be paid in cash on arrival to the caretaker. Pets are welcome. For this we charge €30 per dog in extra cleaning costs.

One attraction of Denia is the castle of Denia, exceeding the place and therefore offers a beautiful view of Denia and Marina. The castle was built around the 11th / 12th century AD and in the vicinity are also still find older remains from Roman times. Who wants to visit the castle must properly take into account the hours.
