Villa Sueca is a semi-detached modern villa with sea view on the edge of the lovely village of Benissa. The villa has a beautiful terrace, a private parking space and it has a communal swimming pool, which is located right next to the villa. On the 2nd floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 with balcony. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and central heating. The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The village Benissa is within walking distance where you will find cozy terraces, etc. The supermarkets are just a few minutes' drive away.
At a short distance you will find several nice villages with tapas bars, restaurants, nice shops and beautiful bays and beaches where you can dive, snorkel or practice other water sports. There are several bike rental locations available in nearby Calpe and Moraira. The area is ideal for cyclists/cyclists and walkers. In short, relaxation, fun and activity in a beautiful climate on the Costa Blanca.
There is plenty to do and is therefore an excellent choice in both the summer and winter months.
