The villa can accommodate up to 7 people and a baby, has a living room with several sofas, dining room with dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with new comfortable beds and air conditioning and 3 bathrooms ensuite, a separate toilet, a large enclosed area with covered parking and a private swimming pool to cool off in. The kidney-shaped pool of 9x5 meters can be heated from April 2022. The cover will be with slats which can bear a weight of 50 - 60 kg so safe for the smaller children. You also have access to a covered barbecue area with dining area.
On the terrace you will find a comfortable lounge sofa and a dining area under the roof. Around the pool are several sunbeds to enjoy the sun! The site is completely closed off and you can park your car safely on site. The upper floor is closed to the owners, that is only the 'square' part above, but you can use the terrace which is located there from where you have an even better view of the Mediterranean Sea. All ingredients are in house for a wonderful holiday with a fantastic location!
