This charming and spacious house exudes peace and space. The upper floor reveals a spacious naya (covered terrace), an inviting base for relaxing days by the edge of the graceful, kidney-shaped swimming pool. The terrace offers more than enough space to lounge on one of the eight sunbeds. Enjoy the soft seating under the naya, or gather your loved ones for a cozy meal at the large dining table. 

The outdoors is enhanced by a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, complete with gas barbecue, fridge, hob and hot water. Pull up a chair at the bar for a drink and some tapas. Plus, take advantage of the convenience of an outdoor shower and toilet. 

Inside the villa, you will find a stylish living room, a spacious kitchen equipped with all modern conveniences, and three sophisticated bedrooms, each with air conditioning and central heating. The master suite features an en-suite bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower, for ultimate relaxation. 
Even more space is available on the lower floor, accessible via an external staircase. Two additional bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds and relaxation options, including a TV and coffee maker. A third bathroom and laundry facilities complete the lower floor. 

Casa Oleandra is fully enclosed and is set on a plot of over 800 m2, with a parking space and an electrically operated gate for your safety and convenience. 

This house offers enough space and comfort for a serene and unforgettable holiday, however, smoking and pets are not allowed. We also do not rent to groups of young people because of the character of our house.
