After several holidays on the Costa Blanca, the Dutch owners Erna and Piet decided to buy a home in Moraira at the end of 2021. Mainly because of the cozy center with its many terraces and good eateries, and the fact that there are almost only low-rise houses in the village. The house was refurbished in 2022 and we would now like to share it with guests. Especially the quiet location on the mountain and the many hours of sunshine on the terrace make the house a wonderful place to enjoy.

A very nice villa with nice beds and neat.
A nice swimming pool and plenty of sun loungers, a lovely veranda where you can sit / relax for a long time and the outdoor kitchen is also great.
