Casa Nova has recently been renovated. Suitable for 4 people and fully equipped. There are two bedrooms with wonderful beds. The large bedroom has air conditioning and fan, 2 single beds and access to the balcony with a great view. The small bedroom has a double bed, mobile air conditioning and a fan. There is a new bathroom, a nice new kitchen and a cozy living room.
Living room
With dining table and 4 chairs, large sofa, television. On cold days it can be heated with a gas heater.
kitchen
The kitchen is adjacent to the living room. Has recently been renovated and is equipped with an electric hob and oven, fridge-freezer. A Nespresso coffee machine and a kettle. The kitchen is equipped with all possible kitchen utensils.
Bathroom
Recently renovated bathroom with rain shower. Toilet, sink and space to store things.
Outside there is a lovely quiet shared swimming pool, three terraces/balcony, a green garden and a BBQ.
Under the house there is a storage room with beach chairs and sunbeds.
The house has its own free parking space.
Beds are made upon arrival and towels are provided.
The house is smoke and pet free.
