Bungalow with beautiful south-facing roof terrace (with canopy) and views towards the sea. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, beautiful living room with closed kitchen, cozy furnishings with flat screen (with an app you can watch all the channels you have at home) and a wood stove, you can cool the house with air conditioning and heat it with a gas heater. There is sun all day on the roof terrace and in the front garden from 3 p.m. There is a large swimming pool with sun beds that belongs to this residential community, which you can reach via a staircase on the side of the bungalow. The beach is 3 km away, there is a large supermarket / several shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance. There are shops, bars and restaurants in the village, but you will actually find them spread throughout Moraira. An extensive breakfast for €8.50 is available near the bungalow. You can have a very luxurious dinner but also typical Spanish food for little money, Moraira is actually suitable for every kind of tourist. There is peace and quiet in Moraira, mainly because there are no high-rise buildings / no mass tourism. There are only villas and bungalows. If you still want to be in the hustle and bustle, you can go to another village nearby (Denia, Xabia, Calpe, Benidorm, Benissa, Altea, Albir etc.) For this holiday you need a car to go to the beach and the surrounding area on the Costa Blanca to see.

From a very young age I (Pepijn) have been a big fan of Spain, in my younger years I lived on Tenerife for 4 years. After my return to the Netherlands, many holidays followed in Spain, but our choice for the purchase of a house in Spain on Moraira fell for the healthy climate and only low-rise buildings (villas and bungalows - no hotels / apartments) and the beautiful coast!
