This luxuriously furnished spacious holiday Villa with fantastic sea views is located on a large plot of 900 m2 in the Benimeit district. You look from the spacious covered Naya (as they say in Spain) with a spacious lounge corner and 2 lovely lounge chairs to the village of Moraira and the beautiful blue sea where you can see the sun rise. If the sun is too hot, you can dim it with an electric awning. At the side of our house is a large dining table with sea view for breakfast outside and at the end of the day the sun is there for a long time for a cozy bbq. At the large swimming pool there are 8 luxurious sun beds with a covered area for chilling out with a bar. Downstairs we have a covered lounge corner when the sun gets too much. for the kids there is also a hammock with table tennis table.
A few hundred meters away is a small shopping center with a supermarket where you can get fresh bread rolls and many Dutch products such as chocolate sprinkles and peanut butter. There is a gas BBQ in the roof next to the house. In the space where you park the car there are folding beds to take to the beach, there are also 2 golf bags and fishing rods for fishing.
The beach and centre, Golf Ifach, tennis courts and fitness are within a few minutes drive. Beautiful places such as El Portet, Javea, Calpe and Valencia are nearby and are definitely worth a visit!
Central heating is available for winter visitors.

Your host, Ilsa & Martin
We are Martin and Ilsa Koorn. The moment we entered Moraira we fell in love with this beautiful place with the beautiful houses and the fantastic view. We like it here so much that we have decided to buy a second holiday home to be able to stay here more and have some things to do. We are very happy how our dream (more life in Spain) has come true.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy
THESE ARE THE PRICES FOR RENTAL UP TO 4 PEOPLE EXCLUDING THE GROUND FLOOR.
The prices including the ground floor are + 50% higher.
Including ground floor is up to 8 people.
From 05-07-2025 to 30-08-2025 and from 04-07-2026 to 29-08-2026 we only rent the house incl. ground floor up to 8 people for € 3499.- p/w
On New Year's Day, 1st and 2nd Christmas Day, there are no arrivals and departures possible.
If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A notification of this must be confirmed in writing or by email.
If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 12 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 40% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 8 weeks 60% and from 4 weeks to the start date of the rental period 80%.
