Casa Hamaca is a semi-detached holiday home and also a corner house. A little further on (really close by, but just far enough away not to be "bothered") is the spacious communal swimming pool. For an occupancy of max. You will stay 4 people in the attractive upstairs apartment. If you would like to stay in this unique casa with the whole family or a group of friends, the ground floor apartment will also be opened. Casa Hamaca is perfect for 1 or 2 families or for a group that wants some extra privacy.

Upstairs apartment
Upon entering the upstairs apartment of Casa Hamaca is the cozy living room with an open kitchen which is equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. The TV in the living room has Dutch channels. Good WiFi, there is fiber optic available so that internet works very well. Bedroom 1: a double bed and air conditioning. Bedroom 2: twin beds. There is a spacious bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Safe available. From the living room with patio doors you reach the terrace with a nice cozy lounge area. From the terrace you can walk downstairs. You will then find yourself in the garden with sunbeds and a hammockunder the beautiful palm. To the side of the house is an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue.
Ground floor apartment
The living room is furnished with small television, dining table and kitchenette with a 2-burner electric hob, refrigerator. Bedroom 1: a double bed. Bedroom 2: twin beds. The bedrooms are very spacious and have plenty of closet space. Both bedrooms share the large modern bathroom with shower, toilet and two spacious sinks. The ground floor apartment has air conditioning, which can provide the entire floor with cool air during the hot days. Through the patio doors in the living room you reach the terrace, overlooking the beautiful garden. If you rent the house with 2 to 4 people, the ground floor will remain closed.
Outdoors
The outdoors of Casa Hamaca is superb. From your terrace with outdoor kitchen and barbecue you look out on the beautiful garden. In the garden there are sunbeds and a hammock under the palm. To cool off, take a dip in the communal swimming pool, which you share with the other cottages (10) in the park.

Details
– Minimum stay of 7 nights.
– Arrival and departure day is preferably on Saturday. Other days in consultation.
– In the period from July to August we do use Saturday as a fixed arrival and departure day.
There is a surcharge applicable when using the ground floor apartment and is not for rent in the period November to April.

Deposit
A security deposit for Casa Hamaca is applied of € 250,-. The deposit will be paid via a secure payment link that you will receive by e-mail 2 weeks before arrival. The amount will be reserved on your credit card but not charged (if no damage has been found). This deposit does not affect your credit card limit. The deposit can only be paid by credit card. The reservation on your card will be max. 21 days.
Winter rental
Casa Hamaca is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental is valid from November 1 to March 31. The villa is heated by central heating (gas). Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with an interim cleaning and change of bed linen and towels mandatory. For the latest rates and availability, please feel free to contact us.

A stay of equal to or less than 10 nights is considered a tourist rental. A stay of equal to or more than 11 nights is considered a short-term rental according to the law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana and for which you sign a short-term rental contract before arrival.
