An attractive villa with private swimming pool and lots of privacy. A short drive (5 min.) you will find the center of Moraira with the beaches Platja l'Ampolla and Playa el Portet . Villa El Postre is a detached, single-storey, recently renovated villa with a spacious private swimming pool (kidney-shaped approx. 8 x 4 m), outdoor kitchen with barbecue and many seating areas around the house... This villa is also located in a beautiful green area with a panoramic view all around. . In the fishing village of Moraira you will find small bays, pleasant squares, many restaurants and walking options such as the Paseo Ecológico route.

Inside Villa el Postre
The living room with attractive furnishings has a sitting area, stove, air conditioning (hot/cold), television and dining area. WiFi is available. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator with large freezer compartment, dishwasher, combination microwave, hand blender, citrus juicer, toaster, kettle, 4-burner hob and a Nespresso coffee maker. Bedroom 1: double bed (180x200, can be separated), air conditioning (hot/cold) and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, toilet and hairdryer. Bedroom 2: double bed (180x200, can be pulled out) and air conditioning (hot/cold). Bedroom 3: two single beds (90x190) and fan. Bathroom 2 has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. There are mosquito nets on the windows throughout the house. It is not possible to place a cot. A washing machine, ironing board and iron are also provided.

The outdoor life of Villa el Postre
What a wonderful outdoor life you will experience in this holiday home. There are 6 sun loungers and two parasols around the private swimming pool . There is also an outdoor shower . The outdoor kitchen with built-in barbecue ensures that you will mainly live outside during your holiday. There is also a covered terrace with dining area, as well as a comfortable lounge area on the veranda. The villa is surrounded by lots of greenery with panoramic views. 4 (rental) cars can be parked in your private parking space. The spacious grounds of Villa el Postre are completely fenced .

Particularities
- In July and August we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday and a stay of at least 7 nights.
- In the other months, arrival and departure is permitted on any day of the week, but your booking must be in line with previous/subsequent bookings and otherwise there must be at least 7 nights between bookings. Ask us about the possibilities.
- We recommend that you rent a car at this destination.
