The ground floor offers two comfortable bedrooms and an additional bathroom. All bedrooms are air-conditioned for an optimal stay in every season, and with the central heating it is also wonderful to stay here in winter. In the cozy living room there is a smart TV with Dutch and foreign channels, so you don't have to miss your favorite programs even on vacation.

Step outside and discover the spacious garden with a refreshing swimming pool, where you can relax in complete privacy. The villa is located in a quiet area with little traffic, but still within walking distance of the beach, shops and cozy restaurants. We are Marleen and Marcel and since the beginning of 2024 the proud owners of a beautiful villa in Spain! Although we still live and work in the Netherlands and therefore cannot enjoy our Spanish dream home all year round, we would like to give others the opportunity to taste it too. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
