Landscaped garden on the southwest. The house is situated in a quiet residential area, 3km from the beach and the sea, restaurants, cafes and the weekly market in Moraira. The villa is located a short 3 km from the center of Moraira and just 800 meters from several supermarkets (Lidl and Carrefour).

The villa is divided into 2 separate living areas both with
a private entrance with a total of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a conservatory and 2 kitchens.

When you rent the villa you have access to the whole house (ie the upper and lower floor incl. Only use the pool).

Worth knowing:

For stays of more than 6 people are charged € 200 per week during the period April 25 / m September 26th. In other periods is charged € 100 per week (max. 8 persons per stay in the property).

The changeover day is flexible, with a minimum stay of 7 nights, except in July and August, when minimum stay is 14 nights.

It is possible to rent towels and bed linen for € 10 per person per stay (to pay in cash on arrival with the manager).

Final cleaning is mandatory and costs € 80 (pay in cash on arrival with the manager)

Deposit € 300 (to pay in cash on arrival with the manager and refundable upon check out if no defects to the property).

Additional electricity costs: The rent includes electricity consumption exceeding 150 kW per week. If this quota is exceeded at the meerpijs departure at € 0.30 per kWh.

Within 5 days after receipt of the lease must be paid at 30% of the rent. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of deposit.

The remaining 70% is due 6 weeks before the rental period to be paid.

For cancellations from 6 weeks before rental period, the cancellation 100%.

This is a beautiful villa with a wonderful view of the mountains and the sea. With the purchase of this house in January 2014 a dream came trough. Please come to Moraira and enjoy our lovely Casa, the nice sunny sandy beaches, the lovely Spanish tapas and the best temparture around the Mediterinen.

Additional information

In and around Moraira are ample supermarkets. Most grocery stores will open at 9:00 and close at 21:00. There are few stores that close during siesta.

On the road from Teulada to Moraira you will after a few kilometers to a roundabout. Here is the El Planet shopping with Lidl and Carrefour.

Lidl has a good produce section. Also, cheese, sausage, ice cream and fruit yogurt here is of good quality and moderate priced. It's like the Netherlands, but with more Spanish products! Baker with fresh bread every day. Free parking in front.

The Carrefour Supermercado is a huge hypermarket in 31 countries. Much more than just food, though this is an important and high-strong unit. New products, quality wines, an extensive meat and especially fish counter, customer-friendly staff. Carrefour is not cheap but very good.

In the district of La Sabatera on Calle Mostoles is a small supermarket: the Palco. If you are wedded to AH products, you will find quite an assortment such as cheese, chocolate spread, peanut butter, chocolate sprinkles, coffee pads and muesli. Also Euroshopper products they sell here, including sausage. There is a good butcher and the bread is often still warm at the shelf.

But there are more supermarkets. Direction Benitachell, Javea is a large Mercadona. There is a vleesafdelng packaged meat, a large freezer compartment and fresh fish. In short, here everything is on sale for the daily necessities of life. The sunscreen products are very affordable and good.

Moraira direction you pass the MAS Y MAS. The car will ride all the way around the roundabout until you reach the entrance. In the garage, the car cool. Large supermarket with fresh meat and fish department. Details: raisin granola balls and balls.

Pepe la Sal

Activities & Sightseeing near Casa Emily Moraira

For the sporty holidaymakers are in Moraira and surroundings many facilities.
Thus, one can dive at several diving centers, tennis, riding, squash, and on the way from Tuelada to Moraira is a great go-kart track.
Golf enthusiasts will enjoy the many excellent golf courses on the Costa Blanca. Moraira also has its own golf course; Club de Golf Ifach.

at some lower reservoir.

For those of mass tourism, crowded beaches and busy shopping keeps Benidorm is worth considering, at just over 30 minutes drive from Moraira.

The village of Villajoyosa (La Vila Joiosa) is also worth a visit where you can walk and one can visit the oldest chocolate factory through the quaint streets
Spain (Valor SA), which also houses a small museum next to some delicious chocolate specialties.

From Altea and Denia you can also sail to the Balearic Islands by ferry (Mallorca, Ibiza, Menorca and Formentera) making a weekend move to Ibiza also belongs to the possibilities.

And for those who love visiting big cities is the drive from Moraira to the sunny Alicante an hour and is the city of Valencia orange only an hour and fifteen minutes away.

Wij hebben met 2 echtparen de eerste week van maart in Casa Emily doorgebracht. Wij ervaarden het als een luxe om ieder je eigen plekje te hebben en toch samen te kunnen zijn. Goede voorzieningen en een mooi uitzicht. Een mooie centrale plek om van daaruit uitstapjes te kunnen maken. We hebben genoten van de ruime en mooi ingerichte woning alsook van de attente dienstverlenende houding door jullie en Vicky.

De eerste weken van juli hebben wij met ons gezin genoten van Casa Emily. De casa heeft alle ingrediënten voor een zorgeloos en luxe verblijf. De met veel zorg samengestelde en zeer complete inrichting, alsmede de smetteloze staat van onderhoud waarin
een en ander verkeert , hebben ons verblijf in het fantastische klimaat en omgeving nog plezieriger gemaakt dan je zou verwachten. Ook de communicatie met Remco en Vicky is zeer plezierig. Dank voor deze mooie ervaring.
Frouke JanssenWij hebben met z'n tweetjes 10 dagen volop genoten van Casa Emily! Het is altijd maar afwachten als je ergens een vakantie boekt of het net zo mooi is als op de foto's. We kwamen aan bij Casa Emily en het was nog mooier dan op de foto's te zien was...
Het huis ligt op een berg in een rustige wijk waardoor je echt weg bent van het dagelijkse leven. Het zwembad is fantastisch! Wat een luxe om deze helemaal voor jezelf te hebben. Het huis zelf is helemaal compleet, alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Als
je 's ochtends wakker wordt kun je heerlijk ontbijten in de buitenkeuken met een prachtig uitzicht; je ziet de zee en de bergen. Door de ballustrade langs het zwembad voel je je koning en koningin die uitkijken op hun landgoed. De zon komt in de loop van de
ochtend en blijft tot in de avond, toch is er altijd een plekje schaduw te vinden. De rest van de dag kun je heerlijk een boek lezen op 1 van de luxe ligbedden of in de hangmat. Als het te heet wordt duik je het zwembad in, welke een paar keer per week keurig
wordt schoongemaakt terwijl jij nog slaapt. De supermarkt is op 5 minuten rij afstand en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. 'S Avonds kun je de barbequeue aansteken en terwijl je geniet van het vlees, de stokbroodjes met aoli en een wijntje weer dat prachtige
uitzicht...Na het eten spoel je de zonnebrand van je af in 1 van de badkamers en is het buiten nog te lekker om naar binnen te gaan. Onder de afkapping bij het zwembad hebben we heel wat avonden spelletjes gedaan.
