Casa Emily is a detached villa suitable for max 8 people. There are 2 living areas, each with its own entrance with space for 4 people on each floor. The villa is practical and offers a lot of comfort. Private swimming pool (10x5m), outdoor shower, various terraces, sea and panoramic view.

The house is located in a quiet residential area 3 km from the beach and the sea, restaurants, terraces and the lively center of Moraira. The comfortable house is cosily furnished and everything is there to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Equipped with every comfort, such as central heating in the entire house, air conditioning in all bedrooms, flat screen TVs with Dutch channels and free WiFi. The villa is located just 800 meters from several supermarkets (Lidl, Carrefour and Mercadona).

The villa is divided into 2 separate living areas, both with their own entrance with a total of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a conservatory and 2 kitchens. Also equipped with a cozy summer kitchen with BBQ and Pizza oven, a garden room with its own entrance on the side of the house, including washing machine and storage space (including for the garden cushions and sun loungers for the pool). Carport with space for 2 cars. The house is located on a quiet dead end street and there is no through traffic.

When you rent the villa, you have access to the entire house (ie the upper and lower floors including use of the swimming pool only). The house is therefore particularly suitable for parents with children, 2 families, and / or 2 families.

Explanation of prices

The changeover day is flexible, with a minimum stay of 7 days.

It is possible to rent towels and bed linen for €20 per person per stay
(A towel set includes 1 bath towel 70x140cm, 1 guest towel 30x55 cm, 1 washcloth and 1 beach towel and a sheet set)

Final cleaning is mandatory and costs EUR 100.

The deposit of €300 must be paid to the landlord no later than 1 week before your arrival and will be refunded to you by the landlord no later than one week after your departure from the villa if no imperfections and/or defects have been found in the house.

Electricity: the rental price includes electricity consumption.

Payment & Information:

You must pay 30% of the rent within 5 days after receipt of the rental contract. Your reservation will be final upon receipt of the deposit.

The remainder of 70% must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of the rental period.

In case of cancellation up to 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, the cancellation costs are 30%.

In case of cancellation from 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, the cancellation costs are 100%.

After your booking, a confirmation and reservation form will be sent to your email address.

Before your departure you will receive directions to the property and the address plus contact details
from the manager who hands you the key and shows you around the villa.

Moraira is voor levensgenieters die op zoek zijn naar een prettig verblijf met een goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding. Moraira heeft gemiddeld 320 zonnige dagen per jaar waardoor het een bestemming is voor het gehele jaar, Moraira wordt ook de " cot de Sur" van Spanje genoemt en ligt ongeveer in het midden tussen Alicante (80km) en Valencia (110km) waardoor u op beide plaatsen kunt aanvliegen. Op beide vliegvelden kunt u voordelig een auto huren en na een uurtje rijden bent u op uw plaats van bestemming om meeer precies te zijn. Moraira ligt tussen de populaire plaatsen Javea en Calpe in.
Ochtenzon komt pas rond 10.30.00uur bij Casa Emily Als je vroeg wakker bent stel ik voor om de dag te beginnen met een heerlijk wandeling tussen Moraira centrum en het strand El Portet. Begin bij de haven van Moraira en loop met zee aan je rechte kant naar El Portet strand. Dat is een wandeling van 1,5 km. Daar kan je gezellig ontbijten of een kopje koffie drinken en genieten van de gezellige sfeer voordat je terug loopt
In and around Moraira are ample supermarkets. Most grocery stores will open at 9:00 and close at 21:00. There are few stores that close during siesta.

On the road from Teulada to Moraira you will after a few kilometers to a roundabout. Here is the El Planet shopping with Lidl and Carrefour.

Lidl
