This cosily furnished spacious apartment is fully equipped with a magnificent view on a large plot of 900 m2 in the Villotel district. You look from the terrace on the mountains and the valley and the private pool is reached by a few steps. The cozy Moraira with beach, boulevard, with terraces, restaurants, shops is 2.5 km.

Supermarkets such as Aldi, Mercadona, Carrefour are very close for your daily shopping.

Inside, the apartment is fully equipped. A fully equipped kitchen, hot / cold air conditioning, washing machine, free wifi and TV with all Dutch channels, Netflix
Bedroom 1 has a large double bed of 160 by 200 cm.
The living room has a sofa bed which can be converted into a bed suitable for 1 person.

We are Sylvia and Peter de Jonge. We recently purchased our house in 2020. Our house is called Casa El Joven (which means house De Jonge!). We have been looking for a property in Moraira for some time. A few years ago when we first came we fell in love with the place and its surroundings. Now that we enter Moraira it feels like coming home.
