Welcome to Nido Cálido Dénia, our modern and comfortable apartment on the Costa Blanca North. A quiet place where you can experience Dénia at your leisure: have breakfast in the morning sun, walk to the port or the center, cool off by the pool and enjoy the relaxed Spanish atmosphere in the evening.
The apartment was completed in March 2025 and feels fresh, modern and cared for. Everything is on one level and practically laid out, with two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms and two toilets. This leaves plenty of space for couples, families or guests who want to stay a little longer. This extra space is also nice for two: for guests, luggage or a quiet workplace.
The living room is bright and quietly furnished, with a comfortable sitting area and an open kitchen that is fully equipped. You can easily cook for yourself, but you can also be in Dénia for tapas, fish, paella or a relaxed dinner at the harbor.
The balcony and the private garden are one of our favorite places. In the morning you can sit there with coffee or breakfast in the sun. Later in the day, the balcony is in the shade, so you can sit outside even on hot days.
Nido Calido Denia is comfortable in any season. In summer, air conditioning in all rooms and the communal swimming pool provide cooling. In the early and late season — and during a longer winter stay — underfloor heating, good insulation, wifi, washing machine and a complete kitchen make the apartment very pleasant for a longer stay.
Dénia itself is a fine mix of beach, city, nature and good food. From the apartment you can easily walk to the harbor, the center, restaurants, terraces and the sandy beach. In the area you will find wide beaches, small bays, hiking trails at the Montgó, cozy markets and beautiful trips along the Costa Blanca North.
Nido Calido Denia is suitable for holidaymakers, couples, families, active people over 60, winter visitors and people who want to work temporarily remotely from Spain. We rent for holidays and medium stays, not for permanent or long-term rentals.
It is not an anonymous rental apartment, but our own second home in Spain. We have furnished it as we like to stay there: quiet, comfortable, practical and with attention to detail. A place to start the day slowly, live outdoors, sleep well and discover Dénia at your own pace.
