The villa is equipped with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is therefore very suitable for 2 families, for example.
Both the villa and the garden and terraces are attractively furnished and are located on a spacious plot of 550 M2. The private swimming pool 5M-10M is surrounded by 8 sun loungers where you can sunbathe. The large outdoor terrace also has comfortable lounge seating, an outdoor kitchen with gas barbecue and dining facilities for 8 people.
In both summer and winter, the house offers various places where you can enjoy both the shade and the sun.
There is a spacious living room with a large smart HD TV and dining area where you can also eat with a group of 8 people.
The open kitchen is fully equipped and equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and Nespresso machine.
Separate from the 2 bathrooms, which are located on the first floor, there is an extra guest toilet on the ground floor.
All bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located on the first floor, 3 bedrooms have access to the terrace on the first floor.
There is also a large roof terrace where you have a beautiful view of the mountains and can enjoy the setting sun.
Furthermore, the villa is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, underfloor heating, automatically operated roller shutters (with different light-transmitting settings), an alarm system, etc. Beautiful stretched sandy beaches in the area can be reached by car, the villa is 7 km away from the quiet sandy beaches of La Marina where there is also a beautiful nature reserve and walkways in the dune area.
The beaches and charming seaside resorts of Guardamar (10 km) and La Mata (16 km), Santa Pola (17 KM), are also reachable a short distance from the villa.
Do you like to play golf? La Marquesa golf course is 10 km away. The nearest airport is Alicante Airport and is a 25-minute drive from the villa. The rental prices outside the high season are based on a stay of a maximum of 6 people.
For the low, early and late season, a surcharge of €30 per person per night applies if more than 6 people stay in the villa.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy
1. If the tenant unexpectedly has to cancel the accommodation, the following cancellation percentages will be charged of the rental price;
o more than 60 days before the arrival date: 25%
o between 60 and 31 days before the arrival date:50%
o between 30 and 15 days before the arrival date: 80%
o between 14 days and the arrival date: 100%
2. Any bank costs associated with the refund will be borne by the tenant
3. The cancellation must be confirmed by email to the landlord, the date of receipt is leading for the calculation
Deposit
1. The deposit must be paid locally upon arrival. The costs for electricity and water will be deducted from the deposit.
2. At the end of the stay, the tenant will be refunded the remaining amount.
3. In the event of damage, defects or if the accommodation is not left clean, the deposit may be withheld in whole or in part.
4. If the deposit is unexpectedly insufficient to cover the costs of water and electricity and/or in the event of damage and/or defects the amount of the deposit is insufficient, the remaining amount must be paid immediately by the tenant.
Dissolution
1. The landlord is entitled to immediately terminate the lease if the tenant, after being addressed/notified, does not behave as a good tenant. In particular if the tenant causes nuisance to the residential environment despite warnings from the owner and/or manager.
2. In the event of force majeure, the lessor is entitled to terminate the rental agreement in whole or in part without the tenant being able to claim performance and/or compensation. The landlord will make every effort to propose a suitable alternative. If this alternative is not accepted by the tenant, the amounts paid will be fully refunded to the tenant.
