Villa Casita is a beautiful villa, ideally located in the beautiful fishing village of Moraira, on the edge of the Mediterranean Sea. 60 minutes drive to Allicante airport and 75 minutes drive to Valencia airport.
The centre of Moraira is barely a 5-minute drive away, as well as most activities, main restaurants and shops.
The villa is located just a 3-minute drive from the nearest beach, and close to the various beautiful beaches that are located in and near Moraira. The villa is quietly located at the end of a cul-de-sac, so you are not bothered by passing traffic. For golfers there are 3 golf courses in the immediate vicinity, the nearest of which is a 5-minute drive away. There are 2 padel clubs in Moraira where everyone can rent courts. For cyclists and hikers, the beautiful surroundings offer countless possibilities.
Villa Casita has a spacious living room with two sofas and a table. Next to the living room is a modern kitchen right on the terrace with a dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, oven and microwave, Nespresso, milk frother, lots of crockery, sharp knives and good pans. There are three bedrooms, all equipped with double beds with air conditioning (cold and hot). The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, the other two share a bathroom. The beds in the bedrooms have 100% cotton bed linen. Of course, the house is equipped with fiber optics, Netflix, Sonos and Wi-Fi.
From the living room (also air-conditioned) you enter directly into the large naya (covered terrace) with outdoor kitchen and cozy dining table. The Naya is overgrown with purple Bougainvillea. In the outdoor kitchen we have a gas-fired baking / grill plate, a sink and a refrigerator for the real holiday feeling and the necessary drinks outside. Via the Naya you walk through to the sun-drenched terrace with comfortable sun loungers by the pool (based on chlorine, 6 by 3) with a wide view over Moraira. There is also a covered outdoor shower with hot and cold water, a toilet and a washing machine. Behind the house is another sink and a large drying line to hang your wet items out of sight . In the garden there are lemon/banana and
olive trees.
The Costa Blanca has a wonderful microclimate. Villa Casita offers all the ingredients for a fantastic holiday.
In the autumn of 2025, we will enlarge our swimming pool to 8m x 4m and rebuild the terrace. We are therefore keeping the rent at an attractive level this year.
