Casa Bonita

Casa Bonita is a wonderfully spacious 6-person holiday home with a large swimming pool in Moraira, Costa Blanca. Enjoy dining in the garden, lounging on the sun beds by the pool or having a drink on the balcony with a sea view. The garden, patio and balcony face south, so it gets the sun all year round. The house is close to all amenities: supermarket, restaurants and the center of Moraira. The beach is also a few minutes from the house.

The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious attractive living room and fully equipped kitchen. The room has original Spanish details, is light and spacious. (fiber optic) WIFI is available in both the house and in the garden.

Casa Bonita offers many facilities for (young) kids. A baby cot (including mattress), high chair and stair gate on the first floor. All rooms can be completely darkened. The garden can be closed with a gate. Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 both have space for a baby cot. In addition, a changing mat is available and there are some reading books and beach toys.

Casa Bonita is ideal for a stay during the winter months or a workation. With the garden, patio and balcony facing south, you can sit outside almost all year round. The house can be heated well inside by means of the cold/warm air conditioning and the gas fireplace. Price for a long term rental or winter rental on request.

You enter the house through the garden, which is closed with a gate (ideal with small kids). The garden has a garden set, a BBQ and sun loungers for in the garden or by the pool. You then enter the house through the patio. The patio is wonderful to relax in spring or autumn and sunny winter days. The living room consists of a sitting area with a sofa, armchair and a gas fireplace for the colder winter evenings. Also on the ground floor is the open kitchen which is fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, kettle and Nespresso machine. The first bathroom is also on the ground floor with a sink, shower, toilet and washing machine. You walk to the first floor via the original Spanish staircase. Here is the spacious landing with air conditioning and which can be closed with a gate. Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom with a double bed. Built-in wardrobe with enough space for your clothes. And access to the spacious balcony through two patio doors. Bedroom 2 consists of two single beds which can also be combined into a double bed. There is also a built-in wardrobe here. Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed and a built-in wardrobe. Each bedroom has windows that can be safely opened using a tilt and turn system. Each window/door also has a mosquito net. The windows and doors in the bedrooms also have shutters that can completely darken.

Moraira and the surrounding area has a lot to offer. Casa Bonita and the swimming pool offers peace and relaxation during your holiday. More in the mood for entertainment? The center of Moraira can be reached within 5 minutes. In the area, picturesque villages and larger cities (Alicante and Valencia) are also worth a visit. The Costa Blanca is also known for its beautiful walks with fantastic viewpoints. Other activities include water sports, zoo, water park, shopping, etc. It is also nice to visit the various bays and beaches that Moraira and the surrounding area has to offer.
