Casa Bindi is located in a quiet area in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods on the edge of Moraira. The center of Moraira is a few minutes' drive away. There are 3 bedrooms but the house is ideal for 2 to 4 (max 5) guests.
The spacious swimming pool is shared with the 3 neighbors in our quiet community. But the house has a spacious side garden with pergola that offers a lot of privacy.
About the house:
Casa Bindi has everything you need for a wonderful carefree holiday. The house has a split-level layout that makes it very spacious. There are 4 levels. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with air conditioning, a dining table, a modern fully equipped open kitchen, a sitting area and a cozy fireplace lounge with a large TV.
Sliding doors to the sunny south-facing terrace with beautiful sea views and entrance to the communal garden and large swimming pool.
Above this level is a beautiful large open bedroom with semi-circular high ceiling in Ibiza atmosphere with a spacious bed of 180x200. This room has air conditioning.
One level lower is the spacious bathroom with 2 sinks, shower, bath and toilet. Also on this floor is a separate 2nd toilet with sink. And a bedroom with a double bed of 160x200
One level lower is the 3rd bedroom with a double bed of 160x200 with air conditioning,
This level also gives access to the private garden (approximately 20 x 4 m) with a shady pergola with a large dining table. With a beautiful view of the adjacent hills. You will also find sunbeds here to enjoy the sun. This outdoor area offers our guests almost complete privacy.
In addition to the terrace and private garden, the front garden is a wonderful place to enjoy the sun in the morning. This means there is a nice place in the sun or in the shade for every moment of the day.
There is a private parking space in front of the house. And because the house is located on a dead end road, there is always room for several cars.
We are truly fantastically situated for golf enthusiasts. Golf d'Ifach is a few minutes' walk away. In addition, there are several golf courses in the immediate vicinity.
The house is equipped with a fiber optic connection, so stable and excellent working WiFi. Bluetooth speaker is available and the TV has a Chromecast installed, so that Netflix and NPO start can be streamed from your mobile phone or laptop, among other things.
There is air conditioning in the living room and 2 bedrooms. These cool but can also heat.
Furthermore, the house has central heating for the cooler days.
A few restrictions:
Since the house is located in a quiet community, we do not rent to families with children under 12 years old.
Furthermore, pets are not allowed and smoking is not allowed inside.
We do not rent long term because we are there too often throughout the year.
Moraira and surroundings:
Moraira is exactly an hour's drive from Alicante airport and about 20 minutes longer from Valencia airport
It is a beautiful and lively village with a beautiful marina, a few beautiful sandy beaches, interspersed with sheltered bays. Moraira has many excellent restaurants.
The nice thing is that there are no high-rise buildings, but only low, often white, houses, which completely preserves the small-scale Mediterranean atmosphere. The immediate area is ideal for sporting activities such as walking, cycling, golfing and water sports.
There are beautifully landscaped hiking trails directly along the rugged coastline. The coastal towns of Javea, Altea and Calpe are nearby.
The hinterland is also more than worth a visit, such as the Jalon Valley with the nice Saturday market in Jalon.
And last but not least: Moraira and the immediate surroundings are very green and the enormous amount of palm trees complete the Mediterranean picture.
