This 2-storey Spanish bungalow is located in a small urbanization and consists of two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and two bathrooms, one of which has a bath. The bedrooms are warm and inviting with comfortable beds. And of course there is air conditioning and central heating for a pleasant temperature in the large bedroom. This holiday home is the perfect place to enjoy your free time in a quiet and comfortable environment.
The attractive living room has a dining table for 6 people where you can sit for hours. In the colder months, curl up on the couch by the crackling fire. From the living room you have access to the separate kitchen and a spacious balcony. The balcony has a patio table with 6 chairs and a lounge set to enjoy the sunset in the evening.

Via the stairs you reach the spacious private terrace at the rear of the house with 2 sun beds, where you can enjoy the beautiful view. You look out over the tree-lined gardens and communal swimming pool. The pool is spacious with enough space for everyone to enjoy the sun, which shines abundantly in this region.

My name is Marlou and I officially live in Amsterdam.
Since 2022 we have been the proud owners of this nice holiday home, where we can stay in the winter. In spring and summer this location is available to guests who love Moraira, sun, beach, nice restaurants, etc., just like us!
We have tried to make the house as pleasant as possible for the guests and hope (read: assume ??) that you will enjoy your stay!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant, the landlord will charge the following amounts:

In case of cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period:
Cancellation Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
in case of cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only informs the landlord on the start date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he remains liable for the full rent.
Important information you need to know! We offer flexible check-in and check-out options, so you can arrive and depart on any day of the week. Please note that check-in starts at 16:00 on the arrival date, and check-out must be completed by 9:30 on the departure date. In some cases, specific arrival and departure dates are indicated in blue on the availability calendar. The facilities and equipment of your accommodation are based on the maximum occupancy indicated. Make sure you don't exceed the maximum number of guests allowed. If you plan to bring a pet, ask the landlord for explicit permission and keep in mind that there is an additional charge.

The total cost of your stay, including initial and final cleaning, bed linen, towels, cleaning during your stay, is stated on the booking form. Heating and air conditioning costs are usually included in the rental price, but if not, the costs will be calculated and stated on the booking form.

The costs for gas and electricity are also included, except for any optional energy costs mentioned on the booking form.
