The corona pandemic has made a holiday impossible for many people. However, this gave us the opportunity to thoroughly renovate the outside. From the end of 2020 to May 2021, the corner pool, the large terraces and the entrance of the villa have all been re-tiled. The lounge set and chairs under the veranda have also been replaced. The villa was already renovated in 2014, including an open kitchen directly on the veranda, a large covered entrance, new bathroom, etc. In 2015, the outdoor bbq / bar table and the LED lighting of the swimming pool were installed.
Villa is situated on a plot of over 1200 m2 and is located at the end of a cul-de-sac. From the parking lot you can enter the house directly through the hall or you can walk in front of the house and reach the eastern terrace through the gate. From the living room/open kitchen, veranda, terraces and sundeck you have a beautiful view of the swimming pool, the sea and Moraira. The villa has ample parking on site (easy to park). The distance to Moraira and the beach is about 1500 meters. The luxury Swiss hotel is within walking distance, about 500 meters.

Characteristics of the villa
Living and living space on the same level, so the living room / open kitchen, bedrooms, hall, garage, veranda, terraces and swimming pool are all on the same level. You only need a staircase to the sundeck above the corner veranda or to the apartment plus garden/terrace below.

Corner swimming pool of 50 m2 located directly on terraces and veranda (so on the same level). Part of 4 by 2 meters is shallow 70 cm, kind of a children's pool. in 2015 LED lighting was installed with the option of various disco colors (fun for the kids).

Porch features
Large corner veranda, gives the opportunity to go with the sun (orientation east-south-west) and always provides a shady spot. In the evening, of course, wonderful to choose the best side and enjoy the lee and the illuminated swimming pool. There is also a fridge/freezer combination under the veranda. Next to the porch is an outdoor urinal and outdoor shower.

Large bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed.
Living room, with two sofas that can also serve as a bed (2x 120cm x 200cm), small dining table and kitchenette including refrigerator.
Spacious bathroom with shower and toilet.

Furnishing villa
The open kitchen is fully equipped, such as gas comfort, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer combination, dishwasher and has a bar table with 6 bar stools. The washing machine and dryer can be found in the garage. The spacious (55 m2) open kitchen/living room has a direct view of the swimming pool and the sea. The fireplace can be closed with a glass door. The furniture in the living room consists of a dining table, a leather sofa (2x 3-seater) with coffee table and two armchairs. With the help of the digital satellite receiver, you will receive all Dutch TV channels. From the living room/open kitchen you have direct access to the veranda, terraces and swimming pool through the sliding doors.

The three bedrooms (2 extra bedrooms in the apartment) have air conditioning, six beds and wardrobes. In two bedrooms, possibly. a cot can be added. One of the bedrooms has direct access to the bathroom with vanity unit, walk-in shower and toilet. The other two bedrooms have the other bathroom with shower, vanity unit and toilet.

From the open kitchen/living room you come directly onto the corner-shaped veranda. Here you will find 2 dining tables (one table can be enlarged with an extra pull-out leaf), 10 large comfortable chairs, a lounge set including cushions and a fridge with freezer compartment. Directly on the veranda, on the same level, the open terraces adjoin the corner swimming pool (50 m2) which is equipped with underwater lighting and two indoor staircases. Part of the swimming pool (2 by 4 meters) from the indoor staircase serves as a children's pool and is approximately 70 cm deep. The rest of the pool is from 1.10 meters to 2.10 meters deep. Also located outside on the terrace is a shower and a urinal and eight sunbeds. Above the entire veranda is a large sundeck including garden chairs and a table.

Our Belgian manager will receive you upon arrival. She also provides you (where necessary) assistance during your stay. Unfortunately we do not rent to groups of young people.
