This lovely apartment with sea views is located right on the harbor in the bustling village of Moraira. Due to the central location on the lively square you can enjoy the beautiful beach El Portet within walking distance and the many restaurants, bars and shops. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed for 2 people.

The apartment is on the ground floor and consists of a cozy living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 with a bath. The kitchen is fully equipped and fully equipped. The balcony has a wonderful view of the sea, the harbor and the nicest square of Moraira. In the vicinity there are several nice beaches and bays where you can snorkel and dive. Calpe with its infamous Peñon de Ifach is a 20-minute drive away, this rock is very popular with climbing enthusiasts. If you like golf, you can visit several golf courses which are located in Denia (27 holes) Javea, Calpe, Altea and Oliva. The Costa Blanca is very popular with cyclists and mountain bikers. You can rent bicycles in Moraira and Calpe, go out and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. If you want to sniff culture, you can do this in beautiful historic Valencia. This town is 120 km away from the villa.

Moraira is a pleasant village centrally located in the Costa Blanca. In the immediate vicinity there is a golf course and various water sports can be practiced. Within half an hour's drive you can make nice trips to Guadalest, this village has a beautiful reservoir, Fonts de Álgar with the wonderful waterfalls and Benidorm with the amusement parks Terra Natura, Terra Mitica, Aqualandia and MundoMar. If you like peace and quiet then Moraira is the right village, but for the adventurous holidaymaker there is plenty to do in the Costa Blanca region.
