The villa itself has a total of 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, 2 on the ground floor and 1 on the 1st floor. The villa has a cozy living room with a fireplace. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and fully equipped. On the terrace you will find a cozy outdoor kitchen with BBQ and lounge set where you can relax while enjoying a snack.
The guest house has 2 bedrooms with bathroom en-suite on the ground floor. It has its own kitchen with all the trimmings.
The pretty town of Javea is situated on a beautiful bay with a coastline of 20 kilometers and is a very desirable seaside resort. The climate is always favorable because the coast is protected by the Montgo. There are several pebble beaches and coves. Playa Arenal is the only sandy beach with a pleasant boulevard with a variety of shops, restaurants and terraces. Along the coast there are several bays where you can snorkel or dive. There are several walking routes with viewpoints where you can take beautiful pictures.
If you prefer a day of culture, this is possible in the beautiful historic Valencia, which is less than 100 kilometers from Javea. When you take a walk through the old center, you will automatically end up in the El Carme district. El Carmen is an old historic district with sights such as the cathedral, the old city gates and cozy restaurants. Valencia is known for its Spanish paella, a dish from Spanish cuisine. In the month of March there is a Fallas festival where giant paper mache dolls are set on fire, you really shouldn't miss this. At the end of the evening you can settle down on a terrace with a delicious Aqua de Valencia, a mix of cava and orange juice.
