We understand that sometimes plans can change, so we offer a flexible cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your booking, we ask that you do so at least one week before your arrival date.

In case of cancellation more than 7 days in advance, we will refund the total of your reservation. However, if the cancellation is made less than 7 days before arrival, we will not be able to make the refund.

We thank you for your understanding and encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you have any changes in plans. We want your experience in our house to be as pleasant as possible and we will be happy to help you with anything you need.
