Welcome to Apartment Marymas. Would you like to enjoy our luxury duplex "Ibiza Style" apartment "Mar y Mas" with spacious roof terrace and balcony located on the edge of the dunes, 5 minutes walk from the extensive sandy beach of La Mata and Guardamar del Segura. The centre of the picturesque, typical Spanish village of La Mata is also a 5-minute walk away. The city of Torrevieja with its cozy center and elongated boulevards is less than a 10-minute drive away. You can also easily use public transport from La Mata to get to Torrevieja.

Our apartment is located on the dunes of La Mata and opposite the vines and the inland lake of La Mata. Our duplex house is on the first floor! The apartment has a bright living room with kitchen, 3 bedrooms and a spacious roof terrace.

The roof terrace offers a great view on one side over the salt lake of La Mata and on the other side the beautiful dune area. The luxurious roof terrace has an attractive Spanish tiled floor with outdoor kitchen that is fully equipped. The kitchen has a refrigerator, sink, washing machine & a rotary dryer. There are also luxury sunbeds, a dining table with 4 chairs and a large awning and a luxurious 5 burner gas BBQ. Even in the winter months it is wonderful to stay on the roof terrace with no less than 320 days of sunshine a year. Maximum enjoyment! The living room with cozy dining area and nice sofa have recently been renovated and equipped with a Smart TV  & fiber optic internet. The living room is equipped with an infrared heater, making the apartment also very suitable for wintering. In the kitchen you can't think of it so crazy or it is present!
There is a dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, Nespresso machine, kettle, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, various sizes of cooking and baking pans, etc. The bathroom consists of a sink, toilet & walk-in shower and is equipped with bath towels and towels.
The master bedroom can be reached by going up an indoor staircase to the 2nd floor. It has a renewed interior with a lovely spacious bed.  From the master bedroom you can step onto the spacious roof terrace and enjoy the beautiful views. An outdoor kitchen, gas BBQ, lying beds, dining table with chairs are available. All lighting is largely sustainable (solar) and has a reserve on electricity.

On the 1st floor are the living room, kitchen, a spacious balcony with a 2nd dining table for 4 people, bathroom and 2 bedrooms.
One charmingly furnished bedroom consists of 2 new box-spring beds, which can be used as 2 single beds as well as 1 linked master bed. This makes the room suitable for children and adults. Then there is another bedroom with a pull-out bed. Extended it is a full double bed.

All rooms are equipped with large fitted wardrobes and a luxurious hot/cold air conditioning system and spacious wardrobes in which you can store your clothes. In addition, free internet (WIFI) should of course not be missing on a well-deserved holiday and is therefore also available. All frames have been renewed for aluminum frames.
Want to go to the beach? Within a few minutes you are already on the beautiful sandy beach! The necessary beach equipment has also been thought of! From the sunny, completely renovated balcony with an extra spacious sliding door where you can sit, you have a view of the dunes, where you can hear the birds chirping. Is the sun getting too much for you? Then the sunshade is the solution!
