The villa is a 10-minute walk from the centre of Moraira and 2 lovely sandy beaches with a diverse range of restaurants and shops. A supermarket is within walking distance. The villa has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a 2-person sofa bed, a private swimming pool (including pool heating) and a large garden with driveway.
