Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

  • In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
  • If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.

  • We think it is normal that you live comfortably and well in our holiday home. But we highly recommend it when traveling if you just report if something breaks or needs to be replaced!
  • Dogs are certainly welcome in consultation, but please do not let them sit on the outdoor and indoor benches. This entails additional maintenance costs. Thanks
  • Please always put the outdoor cushions inside, occasionally it likes to rain overnight in Moraira
  • Parking in the street is not allowed. And also dangerous for damage given that the dead end street is so narrow. There is plenty of space on the driveway, around the corner there is also a parking lot for visitors
