Villa "Plaza Esmeralda" is a 2 to 8 person luxury villa. Recently renovated and completely up to date for 2021. The house is fully equipped, very complete kitchen (even with a wine fridge), air conditioning in the bedrooms, good beds and a cozy interior and of course a heavenly view. All 4 bathrooms have their own bathroom. The property is located just outside Teulada on the way to Moraira. Javea is also easily accessible from here and of course the golf course.
With its various terraces such as at the pool, a patio for a delicious meal, or on the naya with a view and reading a book. There is something for everyone! The whole is super private and exudes peace and space.
The swimming pool can be heated in part of the winter months by means of a heat pump and automatic cover. (extra costs for electricity).
