Casa Toucan is a beautiful, detached villa on a spacious plot of 1600m2 with a large private swimming pool of 12 x 5 meters, surrounded by a lush garden full of special trees. On the various sun terraces you can enjoy the outdoors, while children have endless fun in the pool. Even in winter, you can enjoy a dip in the heated pool (at an additional cost).

The neighborhood is spacious with beautiful gardens, palm trees and Mediterranean houses. It is a safe and child-friendly neighborhood, where you can enjoy walking or cycling. Thanks to its hilly location, you have a beautiful view in many places.

Every Friday morning there is a colorful weekly market in the center of Moraira with local products, clothing, fresh fruit and vegetables – a fun trip for young and old. 🏖️ Fancy a beach day? Within a 10-minute walk you are at El Portet, a beautiful bay with fine sand, shallow water and a few attractive beach bars. The main beach of Moraira and the smaller beach Playa de l'Ampolla are also nearby.
