Welcome to our cozy family home "Casa Flamingo"!
From the first moment we were in love. Of all the authentic Spanish elements, the vibe, the various seating areas, the fruit and palm trees, the view and the level of finish. The house was completely renovated at the end of 2024 and styled to perfection.
The villa can accommodate up to eight people and has four bedrooms and three bathrooms (1 with bathtub). The house has several places in and around the house to relax or to retreat; The villa is ideal for two small families or, for example, a family with grandparents traveling with them.
Beautiful location
The villa is located in the prestigious La Lluca area in Javéa, near beach club LuLu. Close to several beaches (10 min), from both Jávea and Moraira, next to the golf club, close to padel courts, many restaurants and a supermarket nearby. A Dutch GP is within walking distance, which can be pleasant with children. The cities of Valencia, Alicante, Dénia and Benidorm are within easy driving distance for a fun day out.
Family comfort
For families with young children, the villa is really excellent. Two cots, high chair (STOKKE), children's crockery, children's books and toys and board games are all available. So you don't have to take all this with you! The enclosed grounds, fence around the swimming pool, and the quiet living environment give children the freedom to play. There is also a (clamping) stair gate available, an XL ground box, small inflatable pool. Our own children are 7, 5 and 1 so there is plenty to find for those ages.
Outdoor living
The villa is surrounded by a beautiful green garden (1300 m2) with large terrace and swimming pool (11m x 5m). There is an outdoor shower by the pool, sunbeds and a parasol. You can also relax in the shade on the covered terrace at the house. The garden is fully fenced and offers privacy throughout.
The pool is fully fenced with a fence (fence can be removed if desired) and has a solar deck, which also ensures a pleasant swimming temperature in spring and autumn!
Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, milk frother, wine glasses and plenty of crockery. In the kitchen is a small round dining table with 4 chairs and a high chair for a small meal. Outside on one of the two terraces is a spacious dining table with 6 chairs (chairs from inside can easily be pushed outside) and a bbq, where you will spend wonderful evenings!
Living room
The living room has a spacious sofa, television with Dutch TV and streaming services, an indoor fireplace and air conditioning, so that it can be made comfortable on both warm and cooler evenings.
Bedrooms
There are 4 bedrooms:
- Master bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and an adjoining bathroom with bathtub.
- Bedroom with a double bed (160x200) with an adjoining small bathroom with shower, sink and toilet (upstairs).
- Bedroom with double bed (160x200), shares a bathroom. There is also a fixed cot here.
- Bedroom with two single beds (90x190), shares a bathroom.
All bedrooms have air conditioning. There is an extra camping bed (including mattress) available that can be placed in a room of your choice.
Bathrooms
The property has three bathrooms, including a bath and an outdoor shower – handy for rinsing off after your swim. Basic amenities such as towels, bed linen, soap and toilet paper are provided throughout.
Practical details
There is enough parking space to park the cars. The house has a good Wifi connection. Because amplifiers have been placed throughout the house, you can enjoy a good connection everywhere. For people who want to combine work and vacation, this is also a perfect accommodation.
There is a washing machine, dryer and clothes drying rack, as well as an iron and hangers. There is a safe for valuables. There is also a camera system from Eufy.
